My name is Haley Smith and I am a native of Uxbridge, Ontario. I grew up playing every sport under the sun, with a particular love for dance, hockey, and anything that involved the outdoors. I wasn’t exposed to mountain biking until midway through highschool, but when I finally was, I knew there was no turning back! I am now lucky enough to travel the world riding and racing my bike for the Norco Factory Team and the Canadian National Team, while also dividing my time as a Cam’s Kids Ambassador and mental health advocate. I get to spend each day doing what I love and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

VIEW MY BLOGThe quest for an Olympic spot is far from a solo mission. My cycling career depends on partnerships with like-minded companies and individuals - and these partnerships tend to develop into mutually rewarding and fulfilling relationships. If you are interested in joining me on my quest for Tokyo - or just in having a coffee to get to know each other - please contact me!
In an effort to bring the concept of mindfulness to more people - and thus help people manage both everyday and clinical levels of anxiety - I created my very own mindfulness colouring book. Borne out of my search for mindfulness and designed to help you destress in an unpretentious way, this book offers colouring pages, journaling pages, recipes, and some of my favourite inspirational messages. If you are interested in purchasing a copy, you can do so online here or by contacting me directly. Each purchase goes towards funding my racing career and allowing me to continue volunteering my time for mental health causes. I hope this book will help you find some daily moments of relaxation!
